The present petitioners challenge the order dated 22.6.2022 passed by the Additional District Collector, Aurangabad in stay application bearing Tenancy Appeal No. A-02/2022 whereby the Collector while entertaining the appeal has directed the parties to maintain status-quo. 2.

Any interference in the order of status-quo will render the pending appeal before the Collector infructuous and may create multiple rights over the property till the appeal is decided. Therefore, I see no reason to interfere in the interim order passed by the Collector as the order is rightly passed.

Thus, the writ petition is dismissed.
