The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is assailing the transfer. The transfer is not as per the guidelines.

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the petitioner can approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar.

The petitioner has already filed an application with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar on 05.07.2019.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner (Page 26) making grievance about his transfer is pending with the respondent No. 3, respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it within a period of 15 days from the date of communication of this order to him. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
