The application is filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10 lakhs deposited by the present respondents on 30/07/2024 as per direction of this court under order dated 08/07/2024. Though the learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application, but the aforesaid amount has been deposited towards the maintenance amount and that too for staying proclamation of sale in respect of attached property of respondents.

In view of the same, applicant is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.10 lakhs alongwith the accrued interest till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
