The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company requests for withdrawal of the present appeal. The request is accepted. Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw this appeal. 2.

In view of the fact that the appeal has been withdrawn by the Insurance Company, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

5.
