The learned AGP appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Mr. Pravin Patil, the learned Advocate appears on behalf of Respondent No.4.

In view of the judgment dated 06.12.2018, delivered in Writ Petition No. 5810 of 2016, the present Petitioners have moved the representation dated 28.01.2019, before Respondent No.1. Vide judgment dated 06.12.2018, this Court directed the State Government to consider the issue in the light of the said judgment delivered in Writ Petition No. 5810 of 2016.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction that Respondent No.1 shall deal with the representation of

942wp9891-24 the Petitioners in the light of the above referred judgment, within a period of 90 days.

If the Model Code of Conduct is introduced, the same would not be an impediment.
