The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B) By issuing appropriate writ or direction, direct to the respondent No. 1 to 2 to give the permission to Cultivate the said land for the year 2022 to 2023 as 'Ek Sal Lavani' to cultivate land gut No. 65 village Manur Tq. Majalgaon Dist Beed, admeauring 19.18 H.R. for the period of 11 months.

C) By issuing appropriate writ or direction direct to the respondent No. 1 and 2 to take the appropriate step against the respondent No. 3 and 4 for cultivation of the land for year 2022 to 2023.

The State of Maharashtra and the Revenue Authority are not concerned with the issue raised by the petitioner. The prayers of the petitioner are directed against the Maharashtra State Board of Wakf. It is informed that a detailed representation through an advocate

WP 9814/22 dated 10.5.2021 and further representations dated 18.5.2022 and 30.6.2022 addressed to the second respondent, are pending. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We request the learned AGP to convey to respondent No. 2 that the pending representations of the petitioner would be considered after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to all concerned stake holders and a decision be arrived at, on or before 30th December, 2022.
