Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We find that the transfer order was passed on 20.05.2025 and the relieving order also issued on 19.06.2025. It appears that on 07.07.2025, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, requesting for transfer to one of the Sub-Centres.

The representation is pending. In such circumstances, considering the fact that the petitioner has admittedly worked in one place for 09 years and 29 days, while the transfer policy indicates that such an employee would be liable to be transferred after continuous service of 05 years in one place, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.
