PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioners agree to furnish a Bank guarantee for whole of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court while seeking withdrawal.

In view of the statement, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court on furnishing Bank guarantee of a Nationalized Bank in the like amount. The applicants shall tender an undertaking that they will keep the Bank guarantee alive until disposal of the appeals. Apart from this, the applicants shall tender an undertaking to the Court to the effect that in the event of success of appeals, they would re-deposit the amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from such decision.
