It is not in dispute that applicant-wife is custodian of minor child. 3.

The prayer for transfer is opposed on the ground that the respondent-husband is residing at Pune and it would be convenient for both the parties, who are Doctors by profession, to attend the proceedings at Ahmednagar.

Considering convenience and hardship of the applicant, who is admittedly custodian of a minor child who is aged about 1-1/2 years. 5.

Apart from above, the fact remains that there are other proceedings which are pending at Aurangabad, which are being attended by the respondent. In view thereof, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
