Today the learned APP produced communication of Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Jail dated 13.1.2021. It is to the efect that petitioner Mohammad Shaf came to be released from jail after completion of jail term of 26 years and he was released on 3.5.2016. In the present proceeding two reliefs were claimed like furlough and premature release of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court holds that nothing remains in the present matter. Present matter is disposed of as infructuous.
