This is an application (CA/11863/2021) for bringing on record the LRs of the respondent no. 5 who died on 25-12-2020. 2.

In view of the standing order of the Supreme Court extending the period limitation, the application is in time. It is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 3.

A similar application (CA/2999/2015) is made in respect of deceased respondent no. 6 with a prayer to condone delay of 25 days. Proposed respondents have been duly served but have not appeared. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay being meagerly of 25 days, is condoned. Application is allowed. Abatement is set aside. LRs are allowed to be brought on record.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks. 6.

After the amendments are carried out, issue notices in the second appeal to the LRs of the respondent no.5 and 6 to be added, returnable in four weeks thereafter.
