Perused the impugned judgment and order. We do not want to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and Petition stands dismissed.

However, limited prayer of the petitioner is that, his representation dated 07.07.2015, which is pending before Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 may be considered along with the representation of Respondent No.5.
