None appeared for the Petitioner. The Petitioner's prayer is that his representations dated, 18.01.2024 and 16.07.2024, be dealt with.

The representations indicate that the Petitioner's father was a project affected person. The Petitioner is the son of the said project affected person and desires that his son (grandson of the project affected person), be issued a Project affected Person's certificate. 3.

The learned AGP submits that there are certain norms that are applicable while dealing with the such an application. Size of the acquired land is also to be taken into account. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the Sub Divisional Officer, Patoda Dist. Beed deal with the representations
