wp10024.17 (2) ORAL ORDER The petitioner submits that he is working on the post of Assistant Teacher and is aged 55 years. In the circumstances, he be directed to be retained at his present place of posting, in view of clause 8 (o) of the Government Resolution dated 27th February, 2017. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in regard to the aforesaid communication, the petitioner has submitted representations before respondent no.2.

Keeping in view the fact as aforesaid, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representations (Exh.B-pages 27 to 34 of the petition). 4.

Let the decision on the said representations in accordance with the aforesaid Government Resolution be taken by respondent no.2 within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
