The petitioner is a retired employee of a private education trustrespondent No. 1. 2.

The grievance is that his salary has not been paid by the private trust.

This petition is virtually in the nature of a recovery suit. The Grievance Redressal Committee defined under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016 is available for the employee of a College which is affiliated to the University, for seeking redressal of the grievance of non payment of salary.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016.

All contentions are kept open.
