We have heard the learned A.G.Ps. and the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.7 to 9.

Delay of 343 days is caused in filing these Civil Applications, seeking restoration of the Writ Petitions, which were refused registration on account of non-removal of office objections.

In view of the above and considering the reasons set out, these Civil Applications are allowed. All office objections in the Writ Petitions shall be removed, on or before 11/01/2024, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petitions shall stand dismissed.
