Shri Choudhary, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants desire to place on record subsequent events, which have been narrated from paragraph Nos.1 to 7 in the Civil Application. He submits that the subsequent events are likely to impact the outcome of the pending Writ Petition.

Shri Kakade, learned Advocate on behalf of respondent No.1 opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the subsequent events set out in paragraph Nos.1 to 7 of the Civil Application, within a period of two weeks from today.
