Admittedly, competent authority has made an order directing release of the Petitioner on Furlough leave on furnishing surety. The Petitioner-prisoner is, however, seeking such release on Personal Bond. The Petitioner is admittedly in jail and therefore such request cannot be accepted.

The Writ Petition is rejected. However, if the Petitioner-prisoner wishes to avail of the impugned order granting him Furlough leave, he is still at liberty to do so after furnishing surety. 3.
