1] Heard. We are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for the reasons that alternate efficacious remedy of filing Revision against the order passed by the Magistrate purportedly under Section 202 of the Criminal Procedure Code is open before the Sessions Court.

2] Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file revision, if so desired, against the order passed by the Magistrate.
