The petitioners have put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dtd.28.06.2018 issued by respondent no.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4

WP 9114-2022 submits that the said representations would be considered in the light of the Circular dated 28/06/2018 and appropriate orders would be passed, on or before 15/10/2022.
