Unreasonable prayer is made by the petitioners. The petitioners are approaching this Court on 30th September, 2021, seeking direction against the caste verification committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately. Though the petitioners were issued the caste certificate in March 2021, the petitioners submitted proposal for verification of the caste before scrutiny committee only in July and August 2021 and now at 11th hour seeking direction against the committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

It would not be possible to issue any positive directions against the committee to decide the proceeding within a stipulated period.

The committee, if it is possible, may consider the request of the petitioners for deciding it expeditiously considering that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to professional course.

The petitioners may appear before the Committee on 4th October, 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
