The application is made by the petitioner for issuance of Tribe Certificate with the correct spelling. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already filed an online application. The petitioner shall surrender the original Tribe Certificate with incorrect spelling to the sole respondent. The respondent, after verifying the said certificate having been issued by the respondent, shall issue the corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner, preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of surrender of the original Tribe Certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
