The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since June 2017. The vigilance is also not conducted as yet. The petitioner has completed B.Tech course. The result and degree certificate is withheld.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 14.12.2021. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The respondent No. 3 shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certificate and other documents may not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 5.

The respondents can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
