The grievance of the Petitioner is that an Inquiry Petition dated 12.04.2023 tendered by him in the office of Respondent No.1, was not registered. He sent a copy by Speed Post AD. He has no information about the progress of his application.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.1 look into this issue. If the application is not registered, the same may be registered and by following the due procedure laid down in law, Respondent No.1 would deal with the
