By these petitions an exception is taken to the orders dated 07-09-2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Criminal Misc. Application No. 188/2021 & 189/2021. 2.

By the said Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 188/2021 and 189/2021 under Section 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the transfer of Summary Criminal case Nos. 61 of 2017 & 240/2017 pending on file of JMFC, Chalisgaon was sought. The learned Sessions Judge rejected the said application by orders impugned. 3.

I have perused the grounds ion which transfer of matters is sought. According to the petitioner, the Presiding Officer of the court, wherein SCC No. 61/2017 and 240/2017 are pending is not impatical. However, except bare statement there is no material on record to that effect. It appears that applications for transfer of matters came to be filed at the stage of final arguments.

(2) criwp1096.21 Learned Sessions Judge was thus justified in rejecting the application. No interference is called for in the impugned orders. Hence, the following order is passed:

Both the petitions are dismissed.
