We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for quite some time. We are not inclined to issue a direction by way of a Writ of Mandamus to commence an enquiry with regard to the functioning of the office bearers of the Swami Vivekanand Secondary School, Ghanegaon, Tal.Gangapur, Dist.Aurangabad. 2.

Having perused the complaint that is lodged with the Deputy director, Higher Education, Aurangabad, which is received by the authority on 24.03.2023, we find one allegation that, the girl khs/Sept.2023/11065

- 2 - students do not have a proper wash rooms, which needs scrutiny. There are many other allegations made, which we do not wish to delve into. 3.

Suffice it to say, we would expect Respondent No.1 to carry out an inspection in a way as is permissible in Law and assess as to whether such basic amenities are being provided to the school students or not ? In the event, the Authorities notice any deficiencies, they would direct the Management to remove the deficiencies and ensure that the students will get proper education with proper amenities. 4.
