Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0412/2022, registered at Shirpur City Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 326, 385, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The CCTV footage collected by the investigating officer indicates the applicant was present at some other place in district of Jalgaon while the incident took place in Shirpur, District Dhule. In view of the same, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant bail. Hence the order :-

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0412/2022, registered at Shirpur City Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 326, 385, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
