Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The Review Application is taken up for hearing by

The learned Advocate for the Review Petitioners submits that the learned Full Bench has delivered the order on 19.04.2024, in Review Application No.233/2023 in Writ Petition No.1615/2023 (Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth vs. Ganpat Maroti Sutare and another) and has concluded that the Reference is being disposed off without answering the issue since the Government of Maharashtra has issued the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2024 by which, the aspect of appointments prior to 01.11.2005 has been reviewed. Now, as per the said Government Resolution, if the advertisement for recruitment process is published prior to 01.11.2005, the concerned selected candidates, who may be appointed after 01.11.2005, can take the benefits of the said Government Resolution dated 02.02.2024, is the contention. 4.
In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Review Petitioners submits that they desire to withdraw this Review Application since the Petitioners desire to avail of the benefits of the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2024.

In view of the above, the Review Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
