Order :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent-Insurance Company. Perused the application. 2.

The applicants are old aged parents of the deceased Amol. They were allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lac Only) by this Court by order dated 30th September, 2016. It is contended that, applicants are facing difficulty to complete their daily needs. Therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw remaining Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac Only) with interest accrued on it, deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of attending circumstances, I do not find impediment to nod in favour of the applicants. Accordingly, they are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One

2 914 CA-10807-17 Lac Only) deposited in this Court with interest accrued thereon, subject to condition that applicants shall furnish undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) to the effect that, in case, any adverse situation arise in this appeal, they will refund the entire amount within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court. Accordingly application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
