DATE : SEPTEMBER 28, 2022 ORDER :- After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, came around to withdraw the application. He submits that the trial Court may be requested to expedite hearing of the case. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the applicant to move for bail before the trial Court, in case the trial could not be completed within time frame. 2.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

It appears to be a case of not so many witnesses. The trial Court is, therefore, requested to frame charge within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conclude the trial, within further six months.
