Heard the respective counsels. It is sheer negligence in obeying court's order. There is substantial delay. However, to compensate the same, the learned counsel for the applicants

2 ca 9280.24 voluntarily expresses his desire to donate Rs. 5,000/- to the High Court dispensary.

On his admission, we allow both the applications. The delay is condoned subject to depositing Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousands only) within two weeks with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for the purpose of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. After depositing donation, the writ petitions be restored to its original position. Thereafter within a week the office objections shall be removed.
