The learned Counsel firstly prays for amendment to the petition by way of substituting Mr. Sunil Chavan, who is now occupying the position as Director of Eduction in place of Mr. Mahaveer Mane. It is submitted that Mr. Mane was retired. As such, it is necessary to bring on record the present Director of Education, Mr. Sunil Chavan. In view of the directions of this Court, the prayer being formal in nature, is allowed. The applicants/petitioners to carry out the amendment within one week from today.

On carrying out the amendment, issue notice to

Mr. Sunil Chavan, Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, making the same returnable within four weeks. 3.

Mrs. Kazi, the learned Counsel then submits that the Division Bench of this Court in its order, made it clear that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in Writ Petition No.1030/2016 will be held responsible for implementation of directions issued by this Court inclusive of the direction to disbursement of the amount towards salary. The learned Counsel submits that as the petitioners are before this Court for non-compliance of the order, notice also be issued to respondent Nos. 2 and 4.

Issue simple notice to respondent No. 2 Smt. Vandana Krishna, occupying the position as the Secretary, Education and Sports Department, State of Maharashtra and respondent No. 4 Shri. Ramchandra Jadhav, occupying the position as Dy. Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik, making the same returnable on 12.10.2018.
