Learned counsel for applicants-claimants draws our attention to order dated 25th November, 2020, passed in civil application no. 7540 of 2020 in first appeal (stamp) no. 40867 of 2019 and other connected matters. He submits that present matters have arisen out of the same land acquisition proceedings, which position learned counsel for respondents do not dispute.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that similar treatment be given to present applications, as such, following order;

(i) The applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 50% out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing an undertaking and further 25% of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
