Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as the learned A.G.P.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, in the connected matters this Court (Coram: V.K. Jadhav, J.) has permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire 50 % amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in the Executing Court. Therefore, the applicants prayed for permission to withdraw the amount. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that, out of the total compensation, 50 % amount of compensation is deposited before the Executing Court. Hence, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount ( i.e. 50 % of the amount under Award passed by the Reference Court) 1/2
