The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.72 of 2023 registered with Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The statement of the injured wife is relevant. She has not made the allegations against the applicant that he caused her injury. However, she has stated that in the quarrel, she has suffered injury to her throat. However, due to the injury, she lost her vocals. Hence, she has given statement in writing. She has been discharged from the hospital. Two minor children are in the custody of parents of the applicant. The applicant and victim are residing in different villages. Bearing in mind the condition of minor children and

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Gopal Tukaram Roman, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
