The learned Advocate for the petitioner has specifically stated on instructions that all other prayers, except prayer Clause 'D', are not being pressed and stand deleted.

The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'D' as under :- (D) By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and take decision on the proposal dated 29/09/2021 submitted by the petitioner No.2 and forwarded by

WP 9109-2022 the respondent No.5 University vide covering letter dated 25/03/2022 before the respondent No.1 for extension of M.Sc./ M.A. Post Graduate Courses from the academic year 2022-2023.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the particular College in which a post graduation degree course is desired to be started, has received the NAAC Accreditation 'B' Grade. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let respondent No.1 take a decision on the proposal tendered by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with the procedure and the parameters applicable. Needless to state, the proposal would be decided, if not yet decided, in such time which is normally required for deciding such proposals.
