Order :- Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent Insurance Company. Perused the application. 2.

It has been submitted that, the First Appeal filed on behalf of the respondent-claimant came to be adjudicated on merit by this Court on 14th February, 2017. The appeal came to be partly allowed. The respondent Insurance Company deposited the compensation in this Court. The learned counsel for respondent Insurance Company has no any objection to grant permission for withdraw of the amount by the applicant. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, I do not find any impediment to allow the application for withdrawal of amount deposited by respondent Insurance Company in this Court. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The Registry to do the needful for disbursement of amount alongwith interest, if any accrued thereon, in favour of applicant as per rule.

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
