Learned counsel for respondent tenders across communication dated 29-11-2016 whereunder, it appears that compliance has been directed to be made by the Registrar of Agricultural University pursuant to the order passed by this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner, however, purports to state that the full amount pursuant to the order cannot be said to have been paid to him.

It is for the contempt petitioner to take up the matter with the appropriate authorities in respect of the calculations.

However, so far as the Contempt Petition is concerned, in view of the substantial compliance appearing under the communication, the Contempt Petition does not deserve prosecution any further and the same is disposed of.
