Mr. Chincholkar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal filed by the applicants/respective claimants have been partly allowed and as per the order of this Court in the First Appeal the amount of compensation is already deposited in this Court as shown in the chart placed on record.

Learned A.G.P. has no objection to pay the amount of compensation to the respective claimants.

Hence, in view of above, the amount of compensation deposited in this court be paid to the respective claimants/applicants by issuing account payee cheques in the name of claimants. 5.
