The Government Resolution impugned in the instant petition, has been withdrawn by the State Government. The learned AGP tenders on record the decision of the State Government in this regard. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The petitioners are also objecting to certain order issued by respondent no.8 - Commissioner. However, the petitioners cannot be considered to be aggrieved persons and concerned persons who are aggrieved have not approached this Court. In the circumstances, the grievance raised by the petitioners in this regard does not deserve to be considered.

The Writ Petition stands rejected.
