The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- B) The respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to issue Non-Creamy Layer Certificate to the petitioners in view of the order dated 22.08.2022, passed by the learned Collector, Nanded.

C) The respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to act and proceed as per the judgment and order dated 22.08.2022, passed by the respondent No.1 i.e. the District Collector, Nanded and to issue Non-Creamy Layer Certificate to the petitioners immediately for the purpose of education."

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. With their assistance, we have perused the direction issued by the District Collector, Nanded, vide order dated 22/08/2022.

Considering that the result of the petitioner No.2 (a minor student) of JEE (Advanced) examination has been declared, he would require a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, since he has applied for Professional Course admission, under the said category. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2, to comply with the direction of the District Collector, Nanded, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30/09/2022. Needless to state, the Sub-Divisional Officer would decide the claim of the petitioner No.2, on it's merits. The petitioners are at liberty to appear before respondent No.2 - SubDivisional Officer, Kinwat, Dist. Nanded, at 12.00 noon on 20/09/2022.
