Heard learned Counsel for applicant, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, this Court has allowed the applicant to withdraw amount of his share. So applicant be permitted to withdraw the interest of his share.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection to withdraw interest of applicant's shares on the deposited Pooja K.
