We have heard learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

We are surprised that a litigant can be so bold and the matrimonial dispute can reach to a stage where the petitioner - husband is now questioning the transfer order of his wife - respondent no. 5 on the ground that the transfer has not been effected by the employer in accordance with its policy. It is a startling example of the vindictive nature of the litigation.

We dismiss the petition by imposing costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) to be recovered from the petitioner as arrears of land revenue.
