The applicant seeks to withdraw Rs. 10,21,638/-. 2.

It is submitted that the Acquiring Body has only deposited 75% of the amount in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court. The enhancement granted by the reference Court is slightly above four times. In such situation, 25% of the amount is already secured. There is no hurdle in permitting the applicant to receive the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
