08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is admitted to Mechanical Engineering Course in the year 2016-2017, the validation proceeding is still pending. The result is not declared and the petitioner has also not been considered for admission to fourth year. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. 3.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner may appear before the committee on 20.08.2019. In case the petitioner is otherwise

( 2 ) 941 wp 9936.19 eligible then the respondent no.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his studies in the fourth year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
