By order dated 29th December 2021, learned Vacation Judge of this Court has made observations, when the missing girl was produced before the Court, that missing girl has attained age of majority and the said missing girl is got married with one Balaji Mhaske. Thus, the learned Vacation Judge has granted liberty to the missing girl, who has attained the age of majority, to reside at any suitable place according to her own choice. 2.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. The Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule of habeas corpus stands discharged.
