DATE : MARCH 04, 2021 PER COURT :- Fifty percent of the amount has already been withdrawn by the applicants. In a connected matter, the Division Bench, vide order dated 05.10.2018, has permitted withdrawal of only 50% of the amount deposited. According to learned counsel for respondent no.1, the appeals need to be heard together.
