Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

It appears that by order dated 08.01.2020, this Court has granted the conditional stay on depositing of the amount within a specified period, however, the applicant / acquiring body could not deposit the amount within the said period. Hence, this application seeking extension of time. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant / acquiring body submits that due to outbreak of Covid-2019, the applicant / acquiring body could not deposit the amount in the Court. The

903-CA.8649-20.odt learned counsel submits that he has received the cheque of the amount under award and the same would be deposited during the course of a day.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - B.
