We have heard Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad. Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Divisional Commissioner has given approval to the proposal of age relaxation of the Petitioner on 19th January, 2015, and as such, there will not be an impediment for finalizing the pensionary benefits. In light of the above and in light of the statement made by the learned counsel for Zilla Parishad, nothing remains for adjudication in the

23-24 wp.8378.14 n 8379.14.odt present writ petitions.

The Respondents shall carry out exercise of fixing the pension and pensionary benefits and making the payment as admissible, expeditiously. The said exercise shall be done preferably within three months.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions. No costs.
