By this application applicant prays for enlargement on interim bail on medical and humanitarian ground to enable him to receive critical, appropriate, urgent and specialized medical care.

Applicant has contended that he is suffering from various ailments like kidney stone, stomach ulcer, high level diabetes etc. Therefore, he was referred to J.J. Hospital for treatment. The bills of the treatment were not paid by Central Jail Authority and they were sent to Nashik Road Central Prison. Nashik Road Central Prison informed them that applicant is not

{2} in their custody and therefore they are unable to pay the bills. 3.

Applicant's medical report was called. Chief Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Prison has submitted a report dated 26.08.2025, as follows:

Current Psychical and Mental condition is stable. Treatment is given to Convict Prisoner as per health complaints by Medical Officer of Prison And treatment given to convict prisoner as per physician of Civil Hospital Nashik and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals Mumbai. The Prisoner can do his work Independently.

2. The Convict Prisoner Present having no fresh complaints and no need of admission in Civil Hospital Nashik and not require emergency Physical and Psychological intervention at present.

3. Convict Prisoner is not suffering from any disabilities and require no assistance for daily routine activities at present.

4. Convict prisoner can do his daily work independently will be referred to Civil Hospital Nashik as and when required as per Availability of Police Escort.

From the above report, it appears that current physical and mental condition of the applicant is stable and proper treatment is being given to the applicant.

In view of the above report, we do not find it necessary to enlarge the applicant on interim medical bail. Application is therefore rejected.
